I have been dealing with Sharon and Sandi for almost 20 years and in this time have found them to be exemplary. The company was first awarded this contract in 1998 and successfully retained the business for 18 years. I took up my position as the CIC Manager in 2004 when the re-engineering of the operation was implemented. Sandi and her Team were an integral partner in this process and together we grew the business to be an award winning Contact Centre. We enjoyed the end-to-end HR function which the company offered.
